Leavenworth is one of the most beautiful and unique spaces on earth. Due to its rural nature, it is not an easy place to make a living. Many local people work multiple jobs or start their own small business to pay the bills. Our local rentals support our community with work and we are grateful!

I use efficient programs like vrscheduler and dubsado for easy guest correspondence, creating forms/rental agreements and maintaining the rental schedule so everything works like clockwork.
Before a rental has its first booking, I devote my time to ensuring the rental looks fresh, clean and maintains a certain level of hotel professionalism. I care about the Finishing Touches of the home including: seasonal decorating, welcome baskets/notes, and keeping supplies well stocked for guests to enjoy so your rental gets a 5 Star Review every time.
